Hi, I’m Lindsey—the creative mind behind Wild Ridge Creative!
I’ve always loved creating and working with my hands, and when my mom opened a quilt shop as her “retirement” gig, I got pulled into the world of fabric and design. I helped her with color theory and placement, and quickly noticed that many of the patterns people were choosing for gifts—baby showers, weddings, housewarmings—weren’t exactly what my friends would love to receive.

So, 15 years ago, I decided to learn to quilt and started designing patterns that felt fresh, bold, and modern. My first collection, Wildheart Quilts, was inspired by art and southwestern design elements and sold while my mom’s shop was open. Since then, my craft has expanded beyond quilts—I now create custom handmade goods from the incredible fabric stash I’ve built over the years, selling at makers’ markets, yoga studios, and beyond. Think: custom Christmas stockings featuring favorite animals, stylish yoga bags, makeup brush rolls, placemats, aprons, and other fun, functional pieces.

Because I’m also a busy professional, my quilt patterns are designed to be modern, easy-to-sew, and approachable. Many feature strip piecing techniques to keep them fast and satisfying—because we all love finishing projects as much as starting them!

When I’m not stitching, you’ll find me hiking, reading, or going on adventures with Huxley, my German Shepherd sidekick, who has a real talent for getting tangled in thread. Thanks for stopping by—can’t wait to share my creations with you! 🧵✨
